Farm Worker

We are seeking hardworking and reliable Farm Workers to support daily agricultural operations. The ideal candidate will assist with crop production, harvesting, livestock care, and general farm maintenance. This role requires physical fitness, a strong work ethic, and willingness to work in outdoor and rural environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops according to farm schedules

• Perform weeding, watering, irrigation, and soil preparation

• Assist with livestock feeding, cleaning, and basic animal care (if assigned)

• Operate basic farm tools and equipment safely

• Maintain cleanliness of farm areas, barns, and storage facilities

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

• Support supervisors with daily farm tasks

• Previous farm or agricultural experience is an advantage (not mandatory)

• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and long hours

• Willingness to work outdoors in different weather conditions

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team

• Basic understanding of farm safety practices

• English communication skills (basic to good)
